ROLLING ADVERTISEMENT IN DATA SCIENCE GRADE 2

Application has two parts.

Part I - To be filled online.

Part II - To be prepared in the prescribed format. (Prescribed format will appear after choosing the post.)

Upload Part II and Annexures 1 to 7 as separate pdf files in the designated fields.

Guidelines for filling the Online Application Form

Mandatory fields
Fields marked with an (*) are required.
Photograph
The photograph should be in jpg/png format. The digital size of file must be less than 512 KB and resolution 200 pixel height by 200 pixel width (minimum of 300 dpi resolution).
Email Id
All communications will be sent to your registered email id.
Category
Choose your category from the dropdown list. If you're not under General (UR) category, you must upload the relevant certificate in Annexure 7
Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD)
If you're a PwBD, you have to upload the relevant certificate in Annexure 7 along with the category certificate, if applicable, as combined pdf
PostDoctoral Supervisor Details
Details of a maximum of three postdoctoral supervisors may be provided (if any).
Referee Details
Details of at least three referees should be provided. Details of up to five referees can be entered here. Except for the contact number field, all other fields in the Referee section are mandatory.
Post, Discipline, and Area of Expertise
Choose the name of the post, you wish to apply, from the dropdown. After choosing the discipline, you can select the corresponding "Area of Expertise" from the dropdown.
Part II (Application Details)
The Part II template (prescribed format) will appear after choosing the post. Both doc and pdf are available to download. Upload the duly filled application form in the given format as pdf document in Part II.
Annexure 1
Upload a brief summary of your research contributions as a pdf document. The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
Annexure 2
Upload copies of five most significant research articles mentioned in Part II of application details as a combined pdf document. The file size should not exceed 50 MB.
Annexure 3
Upload consolidated list of all research publications in reverse chronological order as a pdf document. The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
Annexure 4
Upload your research proposal in annexure 4 as a pdf document. The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
Annexure 5
Upload your teaching proposal in annexure 5 as a pdf document. The file size should not exceed 5 MB.
Annexure 6
Upload your academic certificates here in annexure 6, starting from SSC/Matriculation as a pdf document.
Annexure 7
Upload the following certificates if applicable, as combined pdf.
i) Category Certificate ii) Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) Certificate
